Reservation
Dear client to reserve any of our services, you must submit personal information, for this personal information we required:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Passport Number
- Nationality
- A picture of their passport photo page. A camera phone picture or similar is acceptable.
Payment
All confirmed reservation such as the Inca Trail, Region, Alt Routes or Package. Must be two months in advance, this allows us sufficient time to process your tour organisation. Once you confirm the reservation we require a 40% deposit of total per person, the deposit is used to book the train, bus and entrance fares to Machu Picchu and other sites and once you arrive at Cusco you should pay the remaining cost at of our offices in Cusco, just call us we can come to your hotel.
Deposit details and Confirmation of tour availability: After depositing the 40% of the total per person, in the next 24 hours we will mail you to confirm the availability of your tour and the total price of this tour, including the costs of additional services that you may have requested.
Payment of the tour deposit: First check the details on our email to make sure that everything is correct. Than you are ready to make the deposit. Afterwards please mail us the receipt of your deposit.
System of paying the trek deposit.
1º- Payment by Western Union www.westernunion.com or www.dineroaperu.com.pe
The commission is cheaper if you make the payment in cash at one of their local offices in your town. We refer you to the webpage of Western Union for more information about the transfer fees, how to do the transfer online and where to find your local agent of Western Union at your home town.
2º- We can offer a US$ 20 Discount to students with a valid International Student Identity Card ISIC and children under the age of 16 years. Please attach the copy of your green ISIC cards to make sure your discount.
Note:
First: The remaining payment can be made in cash US$ or local currency (Soles). There are many ATM machines in Cusco (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
Cancellation by the Client in the event of trek: Please note that the tour deposit of 40 % per person is not refundable. The deposit is used to insure the reservation of the train and bus fares, and entrance fee to Machu Picchu and other sites
Second: If the payment of the remaining cost is not received prior to 6pm two days before tour departure, then as agency we are obliged to cancel the trek o tour. Any deposit cannot be returned.
Clients may be able to change the train tickets for an additional fee if they present the tickets to the respective authorities.
The entrance fees may vary according to Minister of the Culture of Peru regulations. in this case, we will inform you immediately in order to readjust our prices.
In addition, the personal information sent by clients is changed or modified, they will be subject to penalties or cancellations.
More over the passenger with an Inca Trail service renews his/her passport, he/she will have to bring a copy of the old passport as well as the valid (original) passport in order to enter the Inca Trail.
On special holidays, such as Labor day (May, 1st), independence day (July, 28th), Christmas (December, 25th) and New Year’s day, we will charge an additional 50% per client, this is to retribute the staff who will be working on those special days.
We pick up and drop off our clients in their hotels in Cusco or Sacred Valley (Ollantaytambo, Urubamba).
